Do I need to know anything technical?
No. You don't need to touch any software, manage hosting or learn how websites work. You tell us what you need and we take care of the design, setup, hosting and technical side for you.
Is hosting included?
Yes. Your first month of hosting is included, then it's £7.99 per month. This covers your website hosting, technical maintenance, ongoing support and one set of small updates each month.
What counts as a small update?
Things like changing your opening hours, updating a phone number, swapping a photo or editing some text. One set of these updates is included each month as part of your £7.99 monthly plan.
What if I want something bigger, like online bookings?
Larger changes, such as adding new pages, booking systems, new functionality or a significant redesign, are quoted separately. We'll talk through what you need and give you a clear price before any work starts.
How long does it take to get a website?
It depends on the size of the website, how much information and content you already have, and any changes you'd like during the review stage. We'll give you a realistic timeframe once we've spoken about what you need.
Am I tied into a contract?
Your website hosting and maintenance runs on a rolling monthly contract at £7.99 per month.
If you decide to leave Pixel Barn, you can submit a cancellation request at any time. We'll provide you with the files relating to your website so it can be hosted elsewhere, and we'll help support the transition to your new hosting provider.
